We want every VORYKIO order to arrive safely and clearly. This page explains how we process orders, how tracking works, and what to do if your package is delayed or your address needs attention.

Order processing

After your payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order with care. Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, limited drops, or holiday seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If a delay affects your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Please make sure your email address and delivery address are accurate before completing checkout. Incorrect address details may cause shipping delays.

Shipping time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country or region, the shipping carrier, and customs processing.
Standard international delivery commonly takes about 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, but some destinations may take longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, customs checks, local carrier delays, and peak season volume may affect delivery timing.

Tracking your order

After you place an order, your confirmation email includes your order number and a button to view your order status.
When tracking information becomes available, it will appear on your order status page. You can also use the Track Order link in the website header or footer.
If tracking does not update immediately after dispatch, please allow 24 to 72 hours for the carrier system to refresh.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country or region.
These charges are not controlled by VORYKIO and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.
If customs needs additional information, please respond promptly to avoid delivery delays or return of the package.

Address issues and returned packages

If you notice an address mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@vorykio.com with your order number.
We can only update an address before the package has been dispatched. Once the order has shipped, address changes depend on the carrier.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, failed delivery, or unpaid customs fees, we will contact you about available options.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number and we will help review the shipment status.
If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we will work with you on a fair solution, such as a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
