Orders

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After your PayPal payment is completed, VORYKIO sends an order confirmation email to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email. Once tracking information has been added, it will appear on your order status page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country or region, carrier handoff, and customs processing. Please check the Shipping Policy for more details.

Products

How do I choose the correct device model?

Select your iPhone model, Apple Watch model, or band size before adding the product to cart. Compatibility details are also listed on each product page.

Payment

What payment method do you support?

Checkout is currently handled through PayPal. Depending on your PayPal region, you may be able to pay with a PayPal balance, linked card, or other PayPal-supported payment methods.

Orders

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can only update an address before the package has been dispatched.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can usually be returned within the return window stated in our Refund Policy. Please contact support before sending anything back.
