Sizing

How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Measure your pet’s neck, chest and back length, then compare those measurements with the size chart on the product page. If your pet falls between sizes, use the fit notes for that specific style rather than relying only on weight.

Products

Are all VORYKIO styles suitable for both dogs and cats?

Not always. Each product page will state whether the style is designed for dogs, cats, or both. Fit can vary by body shape, so always check the measurements before ordering.

Orders

When will I receive my order confirmation?

After your PayPal payment is completed, VORYKIO sends an order confirmation email to the email address used at checkout.

Tracking

How can I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email. Once tracking information has been added, it will appear on your order status page.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country or region, carrier handoff and customs processing. Please check the Shipping Policy for the latest details.

Payment

What payment method do you support?

Checkout is currently handled through PayPal. Depending on your PayPal region, you may be able to pay with a PayPal balance, linked card or other PayPal-supported payment methods.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original condition can usually be returned within the return window stated in our Refund Policy. Please contact support before sending anything back.
